“One of our cross organizational projects across our group of companies was migrating from G-suite to Office 365. At first, we have decided to deliver it in small chunks, so we started with only one company. Our delivery partner was a different company, since at the time we had not met Eldama’s team. This first small project was an endless struggle long after it was supposed to be signed off. As a result, we had no progress with migration in other group’s companies and branches, until we met Eldama. With Eldama we migrated the entire group including branches all around Kenya, in few phases.
